This project was a really great experience. At first I thought that it would be simple and easy to finish, but shortly after starting I found that this was definitely not the case. I overestimated my stop animation filming abilites and underestimated the amount of time it would take creating a cogent lesson to teach to real students. My expectations were exceeded by my group members; everyone did a good job of fulfilling their roles and doing their part to contribute to the project. The most crucial part of putting this project together was the time management. We all had certain deadlines to meet in order for things to flow smoothly. That also happened to be the most challenging aspect of this entire project. I think that this is the case for any project, time and management of time is fundamentally crucial. I also think that the way my group members worked together was very efficient and productive. We had very structured roles in the making of the video, and that helped things run smoothly. In the future, having clear cut roles for each group member could be used to help reduce confusion and increase productivity.
